Elizabeth and Brandon {San Diego Wedding}

I can’t begin to say how excited I was when Elizabeth and Brandon got engaged last year. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Elizabeth and Brandon from the beginning of their relationship. We were all a part of STAR Repertory Theatre’s first show, Footloose! She was the leading lady, he was the bad boy, and I was the crazy diner lady on roller blades… Exciting, I know. They met in Footloose, and their relationship kept going from there. They were Belle and Beast, Cinderella and Prince Charming, Valjean and Cosette (okay, not quite romantic.. .but still), and Shrek and Fiona. When they got engaged last year, they were Valjean and Fantine in Les Mis. On closing night (which was on Mother’s Day), they were the closing cast. After bows, Brandon started talking, thanking everyone for spending the day with them, thanking Scott and Meredith for the beautiful production, and then going on to talk about Elizabeth. We all knew what was coming. Then he pulled a ring box from his costume, got down and proposed!!

And exactly a year later, on Mother’s Day, I got to spend my day with them for their wedding!! I am so so excited to share photos from their wedding; it was absolutely amazing! Just wait until you see the special guest! 😀
